When do the doors open?
Doors open at 8:40 AM for the morning sessions and at 6:40 PM for the evening sessions on both conference days. Morning Iron sessions begin at 9:00 AM, and the Embers night session begins at 7:00 PM. How is the daytime schedule organized?
The morning begins with an Iron session at 9:00 AM, followed by a coffee break at 10:20 AM. Iron sessions continue at 10:50 AM, with lunch activities starting at 12:30 PM. Wednesday’s Off-Site Lunch & Hang requires an RSVP, and lunch is at your own expense. Thursday’s Lunch & Learn with Ps. Jabin Chavez and Ps.
